I wanted to write and let you know that I had a wonderful experience with two of your employees, Meredith Rollman and Martin( I’m not sure of his last name). We were working together to place a couple that was displaced due to a large fire in our area, the Rapp’s. We deal with different companies every day and I wish all employees were as prompt and as courteous as these two. They responded to my voicemails within five minutes, emailed responses promptly and were an overall pleasure. I just wanted to write and tell you how great they were since so many times all we hear is complaints I thought these two definitely deserve some praise.

They were the best thing that could have happened to my family in the time of "need". They found us convenient and beautiful hotels and a beautiful apt., and took care of everything for me so that I wouldn't have to go out of my way and use time that I didn't have available. They were always there for us when we needed their help - on a holiday weekend too!

Our contractor was telling us that one of his client is still in a hotel after 3 months from their fire! I can't imagine. The rental you found us was perfect. Our children didn't have to switch schools, they knew other kids in the neighborhood and very spacious. You did great! We're in our home now all moved in right before Christmas! Bless you! I am not the only person to ever go through a fire, others have and will in the future. I hope this experience will make me more sensitive to those who do. I'm retired from Duke Medical Center, age 65, but spry. If ever you need part-time help to set up folks, I think I'd enjoy doing this for others who go through it. I'm on Social Security so couldn't earn over $11,000 a year. I like to travel, so that would not daunt me. At a very stressful time in my life, our Lord used you to make things easier for me. To say the best, I was simply amazed at all the detail and thought that went in to funishing the apartment, right down to toiletries. To not have to think about going out and purchasing needed items was a God send. Thank you very much.
